They were very polite in the way they treated me, and it was not confrontational at all. Simply, Oh.. are we glad you are here, and then the talk about Mac certification and the seahorses, they never tried to accuse me of anything, all they did do was try to explain that there is a certain amount of trust between the retailer, the supplier and the person who catches the fish. The retailer trust the supplier to give them net caught fish is that is what they are after, the supplier trusts the fisherman to bring them the fish as they are represented.Later I brought Alan in some orchids and the.. OH.. So you're BCOrchidGuy... thing came up...

Oh, Alad did say that cyanide testing was almost impossible to do after 24 hours of exposure, unless it was a toxic dose to begin with and then there MAY be some cyanide left in the liver etc to test for. Alan was clear that they take pains to ensure they are getting healthy net caught stock, but they have to trust their supplier, and they have to trust the person catching the fish.
I don't have a problem with people saying stuff, but like I just posted to another thread here, irresponsible comments are not good for anyone.

If I did say something that made anyone think J&L wasn't above board I certainly didn't mean it.
