My metal Halide light fixture has a wire that's lose and it has to get joined again. The main lights (HQI) are working but the T5s are not because that's the wire that became lose. I tried to join the wires myself using a soldering gun but I was not very successful. I am hoping that maybe somebody on this board knows where I can take this light fixture to get it fixed.

I live in Vancouver....
