I agree with littlesilvermax, it's hard to improve you business and customer relations without the contact, it's also pretty hard not to take it personally when you work really hard to prevent it. The overall goal of this kind of system should be to improve vendor customer relations which benefits everyone.
I think we should place polls on every members signature and rate how intelligent they are and let's make it anonymous so I don't get hunted down.
