If you're ever in Hong Kong or China... do not order "Field Chicken"
I went to a hot pot place with some pals in Hong Kong & they ordered field chicken & when it came it was a place of freshly chopped & skinned frogs with the muscles still twitching!!!
Some things are just not right!!!
