I want to thank Snappy for opening this thread, It is wonderful to see all the positive feedback and the opening for negative feedback if any. It would be nice if all vendors would take this gutsy approach as what is common in most business's is people wont complain, they just wont come back. I have a motto at my shop which seems to be what this thread is doing.."
