Just and FYI, J&L Carries those reflectors, they just aren't on the website yet. Also the Lumenmax 3 are the same idea and are believed to be a little better, available from many retailers who carry sunlight supply stock.
Lumenmax 3 were designed for DE bulbs
Lumenarc III minis are just scaled down versions of the full scale Lumenarc III which was designed for SE bulbs
