I would personally remove the fish to an isolation tank and treat them with copper or formalin, if they are Clown fish remember clowns are sensitive to copper so try something along the lines of Sea Chem Cupramine.

Garlic has been known to work well but it is best accompanied by a lowering of the salinity which is very hard on Inverts so again, .... I would take the fish out. I guess like Troy says it depends on how bad the out break is.

Are the fish rubbing against stuff or are they going head on into a power head etc, like swimming against a strong current? IF they are, then you need to treat them right away, their gills are infested, probably with Amyloodinium this is a nasty one so again treatment asap is needed, I'm not sure if Amyloodinium is treatable with formalin.
