reefpure
I bought one of Reefpure's 50GPD RO/DI units before their difficulties. When I got it there was a damaged pressure gauge, and two sediment filters missing from my order.
Called Reefpure and spoke to Dave, he was sending out a new gauge, and my sediments(backordered).
A little while later there was a "problem" with some company officials. Called Dave again, to find out were my stuff was and was told that it was on its way.
True to his word, he sent out my gauge, sediments, and complimentary DI resin!
Did I forget to mention it came Air Mail.
Don't mess around with slamming a good company, there are enough bad ones out there.
