You pretty much need a custom tank for these guys that is at the very least 4' wide and hopefully at least 8' long! Ideally bigger though. There are much better, smaller species of sharks to keep in a home aquarium that "only" need a 300-400G tank.

Banded Sharks grow to about a foot within the first year and will be way too big for a 120G, so you really should start with a bigger tank...maybe a 180G or even better a 220G and then upgrade from there. A 120G will not last more than 6 months. You also have to remember that sharks do not tolerate nitrates and are very, very difficult to treat for ich, so having all these other fish in with it, is a big mistake. I doubt you will be able to keep the nitrates down, especially in such a small tank.

You should really be thinking about a pond. Maybe 12'x12'?
