Depending on how the accident occured most parking lot accidents are considered 50/50 responsibility without a witness. I had a guy hit a truck I used to have and I had to pay half. His truck wasn't even worth the damage on mine. He was very good though and payed me half of the damages. I think he thought I was going to kill him as I was a little perturbed when it happened as it was his fault. Hey Catherine, let me know if you need a man to take you to vote
