Hahaha, I've always called cats "aliens", espescially the pointed-colour ones.. If I go to Petland or whatever, and I see baby ragdolls, I'll say "Ooh! Baby aliens!" I guess I just subjectively always knew that's what they were...
Sigh, I miss my old Siamese alien .. she was so clever it was kinda creepy. Well, just like as if she were an alien. Watching over us... Watching. Evaluating. (And mostly deciding "Man these humans are dumb.")
I still have two more aliens to keep me in line...
