Measured Alk is directly related to the pH of the sample. Freshly mixed Limewater would have an extremely high pH, and as a result would test as having extremely high pH. Very normal.
As for the high Ca/Alk in your aquarium, you may have simply over dosed the limewater. If you stop all Ca/Alk supplementation, the tank should use up the Ca/Alk and return to normal over time. Once that happens you can resume added limewater, but only increase the dosage slowly.
Are you also running a Ca Reactor? If so, shut it off until the Ca/Alk return to normal.
I think the bottom line is that you can't assume that you need to add as much Kalk as "full concentration in an amount equal to evaporation". That could be more than your system needs.
If you need to limit the amount of Kalk remember that there are only 2 ways: 1) reduce the concentration of the solution or 2) limit the AMOUNT that gets added per day.
