Where you finding 20% bleach??
I use specialized rubber lined equipment to haul 19% bleach around. Regular household bleach is around 5-6% any higher and the average joe can make mustard gas with it. I assume you mean mixing it 5:1 ratio
......and as far disinfecting I hold under water for 2 seconds to knock the big chunks of rust off ...never had a problem yet, but most of the time I use my hands.
