FYI...in my past dealings with UPS they HAVE asked me if I want to be represented by them to do the paperwork. If I had said no...then what do I do? So I usually say yes. Since port of entry is in Van. The link gave some answers. I have always thought they ( UPS and any other frieght service) just walk across to Canada customs in the next office or phone to get you customs clearance. Freight services might make it tough for you to do your own paperwork. I am too chicken to try.
