My vote goes with the Remora. The Deltec is WAY too expensive for what you need, and the Remora has, by and large, gotten pretty good reviews. It's way less likely to overflow than the CSS 65 as well (I'm speaking from experience here...!). That being said, if you want to go with the CSS 65, it will work. I have one on my tank right now, and it's pulling dark, wet skimmate fairly consistently. But you have to watch the water level. If it fluctuates constantly, you'll see it overflow.
