Apparently the doliatus rabbitfish will eat xenia, as well as some angelfish (emperor, blueface) and butterflyfish however they may also nip at other corals and might not even go for your xenia at all.
I have heard that alkalinity can affect xenia health. Perhaps you can lower it for awhile to slow its growth/kill it off in some areas??
As well it can be "peeled" off rocks and glass and such, you might want to try that (if you haven't already).
