Your Calcium is okay, its of no danger to your system for it to be a bit high. Don't worry about it.
You still probably want to raise your SG to around 1.024-1.026. Your cycle may be restarting because of your new rock, or it could be ending keep testing, but you can definitely see a change. I think your pH is a bit on the high side as well. You may want to try a water change to combat that.
Do you have an alkalinity test?
Some of your SPS look like they are receeding, or experiencing RTN (rapid tissue necrosis). Have you seen changes in them over time, or have they always been like that?
