LR from someone's tank will average around here from $3-$4.50/lb. I've never seen it for $1/lb & I would know
If $70 is your budget, either do a much smaller nano tank or consider fw. As Cooper mentioned, sw is bloody expensive & this LR purchase is just a drop in a very big bucket in terms of cost.
