The Foaminator is a design by Brent Barr (zephrant over at RC). He's done some solid beckett skimmer builds. I don't think anyone would be unhappy with one of those skimmers. If you want to see one in action, Jim Barry has one as well - shoot him a PM and ask for his opinions.
