I haave a special blade for acrylic for my table say. makes a 60 tooth tripple chip blade look like a hand saw but it is costly. I got it as the quality of the cut is good enough to go strait to glue up with out any other prep. I have jigs for cutting tube on the table saw also. other than that I use a file, a scraper and a router.
