Well if they are reading then I'd just like to say that so far I'm very happy with my Icecap660 ballast. It is currently running 2 VHO + 2 NO lamps over my tank, and everything is healthy and happy.
And their claims are true, the NO lamps run almost as bright as the VHOs, and for 1/10 the cost!
