- Was bundled with used ballast purchase, was used 6 months, never used by me

- Used for 9-12 months on Icecap ballast, been sitting now for about a year
- 4 x URI 48" Super Actinic 110W VHO Lamps - $15ea (2 for $25, 4 for $50)
- Used about 12 months on Icecap 660 ballast, been sitting now some 1-2 years
