Looks great ,as for the CA reactor ,you can tighten those screws with a pair of pliers if need be ,or you can get the other screws from Mike that are same size but flathead so you can use a screw driver to tighten them.
I Would put some silicone gel on the pump's O ring ,or simply silicone it to the casing ,you will never have to open that the pump comes off with the unions ,if you needed to clean it ,& there is 1 year warranty on the pump for replacement (FYI).
The top sponge you have there ,is actually a replacement pad or if you using really small media ,you won't need to use it with large media.
I like the way you hooked up the profilux.
The fans come in a 4 fan & 5 fan version as well.
I do recomend a chiller ,specially for summer time ,however the fans take alot of strain off the chiller & you be using alot less electricity using the fans rather than just the chiller alone.
