Don't know if I should saying anything or not...but since I had the advantage to get my face within a few inches and see from a different angle while the shrimp was picking at it. Critter had a segmented shell.
Eitherway, just hoping the shrimp hasn't developed a taste for live meat (aiptasia excluded).
