Seriously Doug, why don't you upgrade to VHO or PC. you can run both on a WH ballast and would be a very substantial light upgrade.
you could swap your 36" tubes for 96 watt VHO 10000K , and the two 24" ones for VHO actinic tubes.. to run this you could use two WH7 ballasts which are 50 to 60 bucks each..
