I am sorry to hear about this.If I am not mistaken you shop @ Hidden Reef ,on mike's defense I know they are going through growing pain,they are carrying a lot more items compared to what they used to so inventory control could be though sometimes ,I will ask mike to carry more items in stock.
As for us we have the whole line in stock except ,coral snow & KZ bulbs which are brand new products released last month ,so they can always bring in whatever you need & we are only a phone call away
.
You can also talk to Jeff @ J&L ,they are in the process of bringing the wholeline in as well.
BTW ,how is the system doing for you so far ? how many weeks in are you?I have used the system for a few years & maybe I could make a few suggestions as what would be the right steps & products to take for you @ this point.
