I'm having good luck with a spray bar made from black 3/4" irrigation pipe from home depot. You could run it out to both sides from a barbed tee, cap the two ends, and put the holes at any angle you want to adjust the flow.
It gives great flow down and out under your rock to clean out the crap and then use your Seio's for circulation.
