Lighting is not the issue as all the other frags appear just as advertised. I think its just a simple mistake of pulling the wrong frag. Its a HUGE nice frag, and I have no problem keeping it

The Paly is dead. It got the crap beat out of it during shipping. I appreciate your offer to replace it.
As I mentioned in my first post, I am pleased with most of my frags. Customer service was awesome. As a first time customer I was getting worried about no response to my emails after the sale. Understandable now that I know you were out of town. Thanks again, Shelley
