get a qualified electrician to come in and put in a 100/200 box and rewire it properly!!! its well worth it in the long run...

its not overloaded by far.. go to your box add up all the breakers and see if that total is under your main breaker I am willing to be it is way over. Considering 10- 15 amp breakers makes you over a 125amp service..

When they calculate there is a formula for each thing and how much actual load at a given time is on the system.. for instance your microwave in a newer house has a dedicated 15 amp breaker.. does it run 24/7? no so on a average this is using nothing. So each purpose has a prorated value to come up with the size service you need.
