LOL - here's the easiest way:

1. go to photobucket.com
2. have your pictures on your computer
3. click browse on photbucket
4. upload (choose 640x480 img size)
5. once uploaded, copy the [IMG] message board code
6. post in the forums and paste that code in, done like dinner!

Or just give me the stuff - I'll buy it straight away!!
