Horrible. Just horrible.
I hope there is something to come out of that.
We are in a battle with our neighbor because when the dogs bark in the house it wakes up her kid......apparently.... We already went through the barking outside thing, and the dogs are only out when we are.
Some people just hate dogs, and I wish I didn't have to live near them.
