It is probably worth calling "dibs" on it just for the salvage value of the glass and related paraphenelia (pumps, etc). Someone in Calgary could make a pretty penny on this "freebie" if they act quickly. Establishing a tank of that size (or even committing the resources to move it) is not something I'd expect as an impulse decision. A lot of planning.
An aside: when moving a large piece of equipment into a work building a while ago, the engineering solution was to dig a pit, cut a hole (a new, large door, effectively) in the foundation, install the equipment and then re-construct around it. It wasn't as expensive as you'd think. And, comparing to the cost of establishing and running a tank of that size, probably not impossible to consider.
