Sorry to jump in Edmontonians but I may be able to help.

Here in Calgary I just got my Co2 bottle (20lb) filled at a place called "Sprouse Fire And Safety"
Look in your yellowpages under an appropriate catagory for fire/safety stuff and they were 10000% better to deal with than the big company's like Praxair that wouldnt consider filling my bottle and scoffed at the fact that I owned my own bottle.
