As dumb as it is,remember this was over 30 yrs ago when they tried this.We've learned alot in 30 yrs.Im just happy to see they are planning to clean it up.I like the white house idea
Something just as dumb was done here in Canada.Can't remember when it was,but it was a while back.Someone decided there was no reason Atlantic lobsters couldn't live in the Pacific.So with a big Government grant they got a few thousand lobsters and transported them to the other side of the country.After dumping them in the ocean,they realized the lobsters still had elastics around their claws.
