Do you mean finding it used or just being able to buy it ? If you are looking for a place to buy it, Big Al's carries it...at the good old Big Al's price. If you are looking for it,
www.mops.on.ca carries it at $120. Used...these are fairly new pumps so I highly doubt you'll find them.
Luft pumps are pretty good, but they are even louder than the Tetra Deep. You might need two for a 5 foot water column, but one will drive it fine.
