I'v bought at GE Polymer Shapes a couple of times mostly because they are close to my home. They seem to be pretty decent to deal with.
As for cutting on the table saw, a plastics blade is the best choice, but probably too costly. Next best is a fine tooth carbide blade. I use a 10" 120 tooth, which works pretty well.
