I was hoping that someone with more experience would answer this but I'll suggest that a variety is always good. Who'd want a ham sandwich every day?
I'd suggest trying a few different things, see what it likes. Definitely larger meatier items would be best (ie, don't stuff him full of brine shrimp or flake or something).
As for the photos. If you are uploading them here to the photo gallery, the maximum size is about 800x600 I think.
