most places fill for ~$20.
theres quite a few places that you can get it done...
any place that refills fire extinguishers will do...
search for a place near you.
off the top of my head, i've used that place mentioned already, by the patullo bridge, and also in new west, a few minutes down from king eds...
marine/cambie area...
and as for the searching part, found a place 5min from my house which i go to now... hastings and alpha area.
