They're neither. The PPEs have a lime green skirt and are a very vivid purple. Here is a pic:
I would class the ones you've posted as a dark pink zoo. I have both these ones and another lighter pink one.

They do have the PPE's available on frags.org but I don't know if anyone in canada has them.
