Light, and lots of it.

I went through the feeding thing for two years, theory was phyto fed the other critters and they fed the corals. now after a year with out feeding the corals but giving them lots of light , they have never looked better. from reading I have decided that SPS get 98%+ of there food from the light and algae inside the coral, the remander they adsorb from the water colume. now my LPS I do feed once a month and they get either BBS or frozen plankton.
