Default Lights and Hood
If I light 2 vhos with 1 wh7, will they be bright as if they were on an icecap or an hellolights ballast ???

PS. If I decide to go with the wh7, can some1 buy it and ship it to me cause here in montreal they doesn't seems to be available...
