The wiring is simple. Get your Dad to do it, like I do!

They are a 110V fan, 100+ CFM (I will post that pic. ASAP) Anyway, the fastest way I have found to supply them pre-wired; pick up wire, (I usually use power-tool replacement cords; Home Depot-around $8 each. But this includes the plug on it as well) You can also grab in-line switches too if you like.
I get them soldered on, with heat shrink tape to protect the leads from corrosion.
(there are only 2 wires used, black and white. 2 leads on the fan.)
Plug in, and away you go!
