Sorry i took so long Jack to get a pic...
It is better than i had hoped, it is quiet as can be, mounted rigid to the ceiling, and directly below my bed upstairs...i cant hear a thing.
I am now contemplating buying a 6" instead of my squirrel fan to exhaust humidity.
