Manufacturer's Support
Hello,
This is for general comments. I have e-mailed to Dolphin Pumps twice so far and have yet to hear back from them. This is about the upgrade to the Amp Master 3000 for those who don't know.
I have also e-mailed Eheim long time ago about other stuff but never got a reply.
Is this the norm for the bigger manufacturers? I never have this problem with IceCap however.
