Rainfords needs a very well established sand bed - as it's a filter feeder.

Red heads are quite happy in aquariums smaller than a 5.5 - good choice.

If the tanks mature enough, a blue striped pipefish is an option - stay small but they are pod eaters - so you've got to be well established with a good pod population - or be willing to feed live baby brine.

More than a few 5.5/7s have been done with a single ocelaris clown. Usually as the sole inhabitant.
