well... If I were you, I'd learn the basic html first. Here's a nice little tutorial
http://www.htmlcodetutorial.com/. Once you have the basics, learn basic CSS
http://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp to format your pages. I'd say you don't need to worry about PHP or javascript or anything else for a while. If you need any specific advice or help or whatever, I offer my help.
