I don't think there should be a prise associated with it, and also I don't think it should be a " submit your self to be voted on" I think it would be feasible to have it so the staff decides on a tank them selves then asks the owner if he would do up a spiel and some pictures for the tank. this way there is no pick me pick me stuff and it is more of a honor to be requested for info on your tank.
