FWIW I think the times might be difficult for some islanders.

Last Ferries:

Vancouver to Nanaimo
Horseshoe Bay to Departure Bay 9:00 pm
Tsawwassen to Duke Point 10:45 pm

Vancouver to Victoria
Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay 9:00 pm
