To Drill, or not to drill
I currently have my 29 gallon cycled and ready to go. It has been cycling for 6 weeks now and all my parameters have been steady for almost 3 weeks. Algae is growing on the glass and the sand is coming alive.
But, heres the exciting part. I recently committed to buying a new (to me) 40 Gallon Sea Star tank. I intend on using my current 29 as the sump.
So, do I drill the 40? What should I do???? I want this set up to be done properly.
Is drilling worth the effort/cost? If I have it drilled, what do I need for equipment? How do I set everything up? Is there any detailed step by step, walk me through, instructions for the plumbing and sump set up for the tank? A detailed list of "must haves"?
What things would you all suggest I do? I would really appreciate ANY feedback on what you all think is the best way to go. TEACH ME!
Thanks
