concidering there has been a 10 year ban in effect (for the last 3 years) that prohibits the capture of Z. flavescens almost anywhere in the hawaii area I highly doubt it. it was almost wiped out localy and is starting to comback in protected areas but in the unprotected areas it is still declining in the Hawaiian chains.

Z. flavescens has a range that extends from Hawaii to Japan and so the boats are having to go farther away from Hawaii to catch them leagaly.
